From their very first semester, students step into supervisory roles during practical Food & Beverage classes, guiding their peers, coordinating service, and developing the confidence required of future leaders. Innovation is cultivated progressively. In the second year, students embark on a Strategic Business Project, applying analytical and creative skills to propose real solutions for hospitality enterprises. In their third year, the challenge evolves into a full Entrepreneurship Project, where they design business concepts that could become tomorrow’s hospitality ventures. These milestones teach them to think critically, embrace change, and lead innovation in a fast-evolving industry.
