When applying for the Hospitality Security Diploma with the Swiss Alpine College, my objective was to gain a thorough understanding of hotel security, to enable me to better support an international hotel chain. From the outset, the course exceeded my expectations, in terms of design, content, support and assessments. The theory is clearly presented and digestable and the assignments test relevant knowledge while staying aligned to the objectives. Tutor Marko Cabric’s wealth of knowledge in this field was evident in both the course content and his responsive, direct support. I’d recommend the Hospitality Security Diploma to anyone currently involved in hotel security, or to anyone with aspirations to do so.
