This week we had the pleasure to interview Konstantinos Kyriazis who is the Senior Operations Manager at PHC group of Companies in Cyprus.
Konstantinos is an alumnus who graduated with the Swiss Alpine Diploma in Culinary Arts and after some amazing experiences in the kitchen moved on to Food & Beverage management positions which he excelled in, leading him to the senior position he now holds with Nero Café.
Listening to him, you can’t but admire the leadership skills he has acquired on the way and the importance of building and motivating teams that he advocates.
