Meet Francis Temitope from Nigeria

His dream came true when he received the Jean-Georges Food Dreams Foundation scholarship, opening the doors to Swiss Alpine Center.

“This journey has been a revelation, refining my cooking skills and expanding my food knowledge beyond imagination. Learning from influential European culinary experts has been a game-changer.

Now, I’m living the dream on the stunning island of Santorini, as a trainee under the sous chef of the world-famous Andronis Hotel Beefbar restaurant. With the support of the Food Dreams Foundation, I’m excited to take on my second and last year at Swiss Alpine Center and later join a Jean-Georges restaurant in New York. Grateful for this incredible experience.”
