Visit of EHMA Delegates to City Unity/Swiss Alpine Center

Students, faculty and management of City Unity Education Group where Swiss Alpine Center offers its hospitality and tourism management programs of study, were privileged and pleased to welcome the National Delegate of the Greek & Cypriot Chapter and Vice President of the EHMA–European Hotel Managers Association, Mr Panagiotis Almyrantis, and the Deputy National Delegate, Mr Stephanos Stephanou, at the campus in Vouliagmeni.

The purpose of the visit was two-fold: to address students on the Role of General Managers, Career Paths, and introduce them to EHMA; and  to present Mr Stephanou’s collection of 36 years of the renowned Cornell Quarterly Journal to the Library for the use of students in their research projects.  Mr Almyrantis, a proud graduate of Alpine Center is General Manager of Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas in Crete, and Mr Stephanou, former General Manager of  AKS Hotels is now a member of the Board of Directors of the AKS Hotels. 

Students were very inspired by the presentation and left feeling very motivated with the guidance and advice they have received with regards to their professional growth in their chosen career.

the Swiss Business School for Hotel & Tourism Management is celebrating 35 years.
